Building a Digital Mobile Computer Lab for Eastern NC

Digital Skills for Ownership and Sustainability

Digital Navigator Mobile Computer Lab

We are transforming a vehicle into a Digital Mobile Computer Lab. This unit travels throughout Eastern North Carolina to provide technology training, workforce readiness, and cybersecurity education directly to rural communities.

We serve residents in Craven, Carteret, Pamlico, Beaufort, and Washington Counties. Our focus includes seniors, veterans, and low-income households who encounter barriers to digital access and healthcare navigation. Current data indicates that over 80 rural counties in North Carolina face healthcare provider shortages.

Reducing Barriers to Access

We equip residents with essential skills for today's digital economy and healthcare systems.

Cybersecurity

We provide instruction on safe online practices to protect underserved residents from digital threats.

Workforce Readiness

We deliver technical training to help adults transition into new employment opportunities.

We are currently seeking founding partners to help us complete this mobile laboratory. Your support allows us to reach residents experiencing geographic isolation and limited broadband access.
